Corrals/Working Pens
Located adjacent to the existing Barn with water and
electricity in place, large trees surround the Corrals
providing welcome shade from summer heat.
• 100 ft. x 100 ft. Heavy Duty Wooden construction, cross-fenced
to create 4 separate holding pens, with Custom Welded Steel Pipe
Gates.
• 12 ft. x15 ft., 2-sided, covered Lean-to Stall provides
added shelter.
• W-W Squeeze Chute, set on Concrete Slab with Solid
Wooden Tub and Crowd Alley.
• 3 small acreage Traps that connect to Corrals for Livestock
Turnout.
• 2 large Concrete Water Troughs with Automatic Float Valves.
• Numerous Aluminum Water Troughs throughout make these
pens well watered.
• 3 Patience/Tie Poles, set in concrete, between the corrals
and the barn, hold horses after washing.

Round Pen
• 45 ft. diameter Slant-wall Wooden Round Pen also connects to Corrals
thru an alley with Sorting Gates.
Outdoor Roping Arena
• 280 ft. x 160 ft. custom welded Steel Pipe construction
with 2 Catch Pens and a 10 ft. Return Alley.
• Granular arena sand, found on the ranch, provides excellent
footing.
• Accessible by well-built, all-weather roads for maximum
use.
Stallion Runs
• 5 separate small acreage stud pens/vet pens
are currently serve the segregated raising of stallions or observation
areas.
Grazing Pastures
• All 3,702 acres are currently fenced and
cross-fenced and used for grazing.
• Several pastures are used to graze cattle
and horses year round, ranging in size from 20 to 1000 acres.
• Grass is abundant, since the ranch has been
operated at far less than maximum grazing capacity for years.
• The ranch is watered by 9 seasonal ponds
plus a year-round, spring-fed creek running through the ranch.
Water Wells
• The ranch has seven (7) active, permitted
water wells in use by the Improved Areas as well as the Livestock.
Gathering Pens
• 5 acre trap with water and 2 small holding
pens for gathering and sorting cattle in the ‘wayback’ pastures.
• A good water well, pumped by gas generator,
is located just yards away with 3000 gallons of storage capacity.
